Do credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits refill at the start of each billing period and unused ones roll over for one cycle.
What happens when a render fails?
Failed renders are auto-refunded to your wallet within seconds. You will not be charged for anything you cannot download.
What image sizes does NexImage export?
