1. What we collect
(1) Account info: email, password hash, locale, signup IP. (2) Uploads: the images you submit, retained only as long as needed. (3) Usage logs: generation history, credit ledger, page views. (4) Payment: handled by Stripe (or equivalent); we never see your full card number.
2. Why we process it
We process data only to: deliver the renders you request, run accounts and credits, send service-related email notifications, and improve quality and security. We do NOT sell data to anyone.
3. Storage & retention
Uploaded originals are encrypted at rest in object storage and kept by default for 30 days so you can re-download or re-render. After that they are deleted automatically. Outputs follow your plan (Free: 30 days / Starter: 90 days / Pro: forever) and you can delete anything manually from the dashboard.
4. AI training disclosure
We pledge: we will NEVER use your uploads or outputs to train our AI models. The third-party models we call (FLUX, BiRefNet via fal.ai) operate under their own privacy terms; we send only the minimum data required to perform the generation.
6. Your rights
You can at any time: (1) export all of your personal data; (2) delete specific files or your entire account; (3) opt out of marketing emails; (4) raise complaints about processing. Email privacy@neximage.app and we'll respond within 7 business days.
