1. Acceptance
The Service is operated by NexImage. You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal-guardian consent. You must provide accurate information at signup. We may update these terms at any time; we will announce changes via the website or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and may not share access with others. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support@neximage.app immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits & billing
The Service is metered in credits; pricing displayed at checkout is authoritative. Free signup grants 30 credits. Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits replenish each billing cycle and can roll over up to one cycle. Failed renders are auto-refunded to your balance.
4. Your uploads
You must own the rights to anything you upload and must not violate third-party IP, privacy or applicable laws. We process uploads only to fulfill your generation, and we do NOT use them to train our models. You can delete originals from your dashboard at any time.
5. Commercial license to outputs
Successful renders are licensed to you for lawful commercial use including ecommerce listings, paid ads and printed marketing. You may NOT use them for: illegal purposes, deceptive deepfakes, content infringing third-party rights, child-inappropriate content, or unauthorized use of public figures' likenesses.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service at scale; (b) circumvent credit metering; (c) upload viruses or unlawful content; (d) use the Service for harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or terrorism-related content. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service builds on third-party AI models (including Fal.ai, FLUX, BiRefNet); outputs may vary across model versions. We provide the Service "as is" and disclaim warranties beyond what is required by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at amounts you actually paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and otherwise submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in Singapore, in English. Contact: legal@neximage.app.
