1. Failed renders auto-refund
If the AI returns an error, generation times out, or the file is corrupted before download, we automatically credit the cost back to your balance within 30 seconds. No action needed on your part.
2. 7-day subscription refund
Within 7 calendar days of your first Starter or Pro subscription, if you have used fewer than 30 credits, email billing@neximage.app for a full refund. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Top-up credit refunds
One-time top-up credits are fully refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase if completely unused. Partially-used balances are refunded on a pro-rata basis. Past 14 days or fully used credits are non-refundable.
4. Non-refundable cases
We cannot refund: (1) accounts terminated for terms violations; (2) requests after the refund window; (3) renders successfully delivered and downloaded; (4) prorated differences from voluntary plan changes.
5. How to request
Email billing@neximage.app with subject "Refund Request" and include: signup email, order ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days; refund returns via the original method and may take 5–10 business days to clear at the issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing with your card issuer. Direct chargebacks trigger our anti-fraud workflow and may suspend your account. We promise to handle reasonable refund requests promptly.
